Job Description

We are looking for smart, self motivated individuals who have good communication skills, are confident, aggressive and have a flair for sales.

  • Lead Generation by way of cold calling.
  • Following up with Prospective Buyers to ensure regular meetings.
  • Inventory Calling.
  • Coordinating with sales team effectively.
  • Maintaining database.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • Set appointments with clients, suggest and showcase the properties best suited to them.
  • Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.
  • Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential.
  • Real estate sales experience is preferable, non real estate personnel must have very good sales credentials.
  • Knowledge about Gurgaon real estate market will be a plus.
  • Excellent communicator with excellent personality.
  • Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people.
  • Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and team playing ability.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Computer literate.
